How to order?

Shipping
We ship Australia-wide, with a shipping time ranging between a few days and 2 weeks, typically.
Shipping for large, heavy equipment is to kerbside only, so you should plan to have sufficient helping hands to move heavy equipment inside yourself from the dropoff point outside.
For particularly large equipment, such as fridges, couriers generally contact you some days ahead of time to negotiate a date for delivery, though it will not be precise to the hour.
Pickup not unavailable, with some exceptions for large equipment
Our warehouses are not generally suitable for public traffic, however, exceptions can be made for collection of large equipment in Campbelltown, NSW.
Even if exceptions are granted, there is still a waiting time of 48hrs before pickup is possible, or the clearing time for funds, whichever takes longer.
Please do NOT assume pickup is available prior to the granting of an exception.
PayPal is NOT available for those with a pickup exception.
